devPat ROM added for download + minor updates

Hi everyone,

The ROM for devPat has been added for download. It has only been tested on BGB with no visible issues.

Additionally, I've made some changes to the dialogues and backgrounds to provide better hints for some of the more obscure mysteries within the game.

I really hope you will solve them and have fun with this project of mine!
